Nandomi（何度見）プライバシーポリシー

Cotoc Apps（以下「運営者」）は、アプリ「Nandomi（何度見）」（以下「本アプリ」）における利用者の情報の取扱いについて、個人情報の保護に関する法律その他の関係法令を守り、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシー（以下「本ポリシー」）を定めます。

1. 本アプリについて

本アプリは、保護者の方が学校や園のお便り（プリント・PDF・連絡メッセージ）を読み込み、AI で予定や持ち物などを読み取って整理するための補助ツールです。

• 本アプリは、日本国内の 18 歳以上の保護者の方を対象としています。お子さま本人による利用は想定していません。
• 本アプリにはアカウント登録・ログインの機能はありません。
• お便りには、お子さまの氏名・学校名・学年・クラスなど、お子さまに関する情報が含まれることがあります。本アプリは、保護者の方がご自身の判断で読み込んだお便りを、読み取りのためにのみ取り扱います（6. お子さまの情報について）。

2. 取り扱う情報

本アプリは、次の情報を取得・利用しません。

• 位置情報
• 氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号などの登録情報（アカウント機能がないため）
• 広告 ID などの端末識別子
• 連絡先・カレンダーなど、端末内のほかのデータ

本アプリは、お便りを読み込むときにのみ、端末のカメラ・写真へのアクセスを求めます。

3. 利用目的

運営者は、取り扱う情報を次の目的にのみ利用します。

1. お便りの内容（予定・持ち物など）を読み取り、整理して表示するため
2. 保存した予定についての質問に回答するため
3. 不正な利用を防止し、本アプリを安全に提供するため（送信回数の制限など）
4. 障害の調査・対応のため

4. 保存場所と保存期間

• お便り・読み取った予定などのデータは、利用者の端末の中にのみ保存されます。 運営者は、これらのデータを受け取って保存することはありません。
• 端末内のデータは自動では削除されず、利用者が削除するまで残ります。削除の方法は「8. データの削除」をご覧ください。
• 読み取り・質問のために送信された画像・本文・質問は、運営者のサーバー（Cloudflare Workers）が AI サービスへ中継するだけで、運営者のサーバーには保存しません。
• 不正な利用の防止と障害対応のため、通信に伴う情報（IP アドレス、通信日時、おおよその地域、端末・OS の種類など）の記録が、Cloudflare 上に最長 7 日間保持されることがあります。送信回数の制限のため、IP アドレスごとの送信回数は 1 分単位で数え、その間だけ保持します。

5. 外部サービスへの送信（外国にある第三者への提供）

本アプリは、次の外部サービスを利用します。いずれも米国の事業者であり、情報は日本国外で処理されることがあります。

5-1. Google LLC（Gemini API）

同意について： 本アプリは、お便りの読み取りを初めて行う前に、送信する情報と送信先を画面でお知らせし、利用者の同意を得ます。同意いただけない場合、読み取り・質問の機能はご利用いただけません（保存済みのデータの閲覧・削除はできます）。同意は、本アプリの設定画面からいつでも取り消せます。

5-3. 外国の制度について

提供先の所在国である米国には、日本の個人情報保護法に相当する、包括的な個人情報保護の連邦法はありません。分野ごとの連邦法や州法（カリフォルニア州消費者プライバシー法など）で、個人情報の保護が図られています。詳しくは、個人情報保護委員会が公表している「外国における個人情報の保護に関する制度等の調査（アメリカ合衆国）」をご覧ください。

上記の提供先は、それぞれのプライバシーポリシー・利用規約に基づき、セキュリティ対策などの措置を講じています。

6. お子さまの情報について

お便りには、お子さまの氏名・学校名などが含まれることがあります。本アプリは保護者の方の利用を前提としており、運営者はこれらの情報を次のとおり取り扱います。

• 読み取りと質問への回答のためにのみ利用し、ほかの目的には利用しません。
• 運営者のサーバーには保存しません。
• AI サービスへの送信は「5. 外部サービスへの送信」の範囲にとどめ、AI の学習には利用されません。

読み取りに不要な部分（お子さまの写真など）は、なるべく写さずに撮影することをおすすめします。

7. 安全管理のための措置

運営者は、取り扱う情報の漏えいなどを防ぐため、次の措置を講じています。

• 通信はすべて暗号化（HTTPS）して行います。
• 運営者のサーバーには、お便りの画像・本文・質問を保存しない設計としています。また、これらの内容をログに記録しません。
• 送信内容の改ざんや不正な送信を防ぐため、通信に署名を付けています。
• 不正な利用を防ぐため、IP アドレスごとに送信回数を制限しています。
• 利用する外部サービスは、「5. 外部サービスへの送信」に記載した事業者に限っています。

8. データの削除

本アプリのデータは利用者の端末の中にあるため、利用者ご自身で削除できます。

• 個別に削除する： アプリ内で、予定・毎週の予定・お便り（読み込んだ画像など）を 1 件ずつ削除できます。
• すべて削除する： 本アプリを端末から削除（アンインストール）すると、端末内の本アプリのデータはすべて削除されます。

運営者はアカウントや利用者のデータを保有していないため、運営者側で削除する手続きはありません。

利用者がバックアップ機能で書き出したファイル、または端末のバックアップ機能（iCloud など）によるバックアップは、利用者の管理のもとで保管されます。不要になった場合は、利用者ご自身で削除してください。

9. 開示等のご請求

運営者は、利用者を識別できる情報を保存していないため、開示・訂正・利用停止などの対象となる保有個人データは、原則としてありません。ご不明な点は「11. お問い合わせ」までご連絡ください。

10. 広告・アクセス解析・Cookie

本アプリは、広告、アクセス解析、クラッシュレポートのツールを使用していません。また、Cookie を使用していません。

これらを導入する場合は、事前に本ポリシーを改定してお知らせします。

11. お問い合わせ

12. 本ポリシーの改定

運営者は、法令の改正や本アプリの機能の変更に応じて、本ポリシーを改定することがあります。改定後の内容は、このページに掲載した時点から効力を生じます。利用者の同意が必要となる変更の場合は、本アプリ内でお知らせし、改めて同意を得ます。

Cotoc Apps (the “Operator”) has established this Privacy Policy (this “Policy”) for the app “Nandomi” (the “App”) in compliance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information of Japan and other applicable laws and regulations.

1. About the App

The App is a tool that helps parents and guardians read school and nursery notices (printouts, PDFs and messages) and uses AI to extract and organize events, items to bring, and other information.

• The App is intended for parents and guardians aged 18 or older in Japan. It is not intended to be used by children.
• The App has no account registration or login.
• Notices may contain information about children, such as their name, school, grade and class. The App handles notices that parents and guardians choose to load solely for reading them (see 6. Information about Children).

2. Information We Handle

The App does not collect or use:

• Location information
• Registration information such as name, email address or phone number (the App has no accounts)
• Device identifiers such as advertising IDs
• Other data on your device, such as contacts or calendars

The App requests access to the camera and photos only when you load a notice.

3. Purposes of Use

The Operator uses the information only for the following purposes:

1. To read the contents of notices (events, items to bring, etc.) and organize and display them
2. To answer questions about saved events
3. To prevent misuse and provide the App securely (e.g., limiting the number of requests)
4. To investigate and respond to failures

4. Where and How Long Data Is Stored

• Notices, extracted events and other data are stored only on your device. The Operator does not receive or store this data.
• Data on your device is not deleted automatically and remains until you delete it. See 8. Deleting Your Data.
• Images, text and questions sent for reading or answering are only relayed by the Operator’s server (Cloudflare Workers) to the AI service and are not stored on the Operator’s server.
• To prevent misuse and respond to failures, records of information accompanying communication (IP address, date and time, approximate location, device and OS type, etc.) may be retained on Cloudflare for up to 7 days. To limit the number of requests, the number of requests per IP address is counted per minute and kept only for that period.

5. External Services (Provision to Third Parties in a Foreign Country)

The App uses the following external services. Both are companies based in the United States, and information may be processed outside Japan.

5-1. Google LLC (Gemini API)

Consent: Before you read a notice for the first time, the App shows you what information is sent and to whom, and asks for your consent. If you do not consent, the reading and question features are unavailable (you can still view and delete saved data). You can withdraw your consent at any time from the App’s settings.

5-3. Systems in the Foreign Country

The United States, where the recipients are located, has no comprehensive federal law on personal information protection equivalent to Japan’s Act on the Protection of Personal Information. Personal information is protected by sector-specific federal laws and state laws (such as the California Consumer Privacy Act). For details, see the survey of the United States’ personal information protection system (in Japanese) published by the Personal Information Protection Commission of Japan.

Each recipient takes security and other measures under its own privacy policy and terms of service.

6. Information about Children

Notices may contain children’s names, schools and similar information. The App is intended for use by parents and guardians, and the Operator handles such information as follows:

• It is used only for reading notices and answering questions, and for no other purpose.
• It is not stored on the Operator’s server.
• It is sent to the AI service only as described in “5. External Services” and is not used for AI training.

We recommend that you avoid capturing parts of a notice that are not needed for reading, such as photos of children.

7. Security Measures

The Operator takes the following measures to prevent leakage of the information it handles:

• All communication is encrypted (HTTPS).
• The Operator’s server is designed not to store images, text or questions from notices, and does not record their contents in logs.
• Communication is signed to prevent tampering and unauthorized requests.
• The number of requests per IP address is limited to prevent misuse.
• External services are limited to the companies listed in “5. External Services”.

8. Deleting Your Data

Because the App’s data is on your device, you can delete it yourself.

• Delete individual items: In the App, you can delete events, weekly schedules and notices (loaded images, etc.) one at a time.
• Delete everything: Deleting (uninstalling) the App from your device deletes all of the App’s data on the device.

The Operator holds no accounts or user data, so there is no deletion procedure on the Operator’s side.

Files you export with the backup feature, and backups made by your device’s backup feature (such as iCloud), are kept under your control. Please delete them yourself when no longer needed.

9. Requests for Disclosure, etc.

Because the Operator does not store information that can identify users, it generally holds no retained personal data subject to requests for disclosure, correction, suspension of use and the like. If you have any questions, please contact us as described in “11. Contact”.

10. Advertising, Analytics and Cookies

The App does not use advertising, analytics or crash reporting tools, and does not use cookies.

If we introduce any of these, we will revise this Policy and notify you in advance.

12. Changes to This Policy

The Operator may revise this Policy in response to changes in laws and regulations or in the App’s features. The revised Policy takes effect when it is posted on this page. If a change requires your consent, we will notify you in the App and ask for your consent again.
